MauBank Ltd wishes to inform its stakeholders and the public that the contract of its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Vishuene Vydelingum, has been terminated as of 29 April 2026.

Following this development, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Issa Soormally, Deputy Chief Executive, to assume the role of Officer in Charge on an interim basis, pending further decisions regarding the Bank’s executive leadership.

Mr. Soormally brings extensive experience and a deep understanding of the Bank’s operations, and he will ensure continuity in leadership and the smooth functioning of MauBank Ltd during this transition period.

The Board expresses its appreciation to Mr. Vydelingum for his contributions during his tenure and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
