Communique: Yearly Statements

MauBank wishes to inform its valued customers that as part of its Sustainability Agenda, it has taken a number of measures to reduce the usage of paper. Among others, the bank will henceforth issue printed copies of bank statements for savings accounts only once a year, i.e in July.

Customers will receive their printed statements by post every year, covering a one-year period ending 30 June.

Statements remain readily available for verification at all times on the bank’s Mobile App MauBank WithMe and Internet Banking. Period/date specific statements may also be generated and downloaded from MauBank WithMe and Internet Banking anytime. The bank encourages its customers to avail of its digital platforms for their own convenience.

E-Statements can also be sent by email on a monthly basis. Customers who would like to register to its free e-statement service are invited to do so either through MauBankWithMe, on the bank’s website www.maubank.mu or by visiting the nearest MauBank Business Centre.
